This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard.


Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

  1. Poor colour contrast using the address lookup widget. This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.4.1 (Use of Colour).
  2. Consent Question Radio List Items are formatted as tables. However input labels are associated with the input controls. This mitigates WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.3.1

Issue (1) above relates to external controls.


How we tested this website

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines V2.1 level A and level AA to test how accessible this website is. We use a various automated tools including WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools as well as manual audit and overview to test each page.


What we’re doing to improve accessibility

Following the audit conducted in November 2023, we are urgently fixing content which fails to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard. We aim to make this website fully compliant by the end of November 2023.
